PETS:

We will welcome any weight and breed of pets with responsible owners, a one-time, refundable $200 deposit per pet, and their rent of $50.00 per month.

RENT:

$1600.00 per month, 12-month lease.

INSURANCE:

$19.00 monthly and covers limited liability for the property if a resident caused damage and credit reporting of rent payments. Personal insurance for resident belongings is optional and the resident's responsibility.

UTILITIES:

$95.00 for water, sewer, garbage based on one occupant plus $30 for each occupant over the age of ten.



DEPOSIT:

$750.00 Dependent on application status, refundable, pending lawful deductions.

HOLD FEE:

$500, First-come, First-served.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Verified income of 3x monthly rent, a credit score of 650 or higher, no open bankruptcies, no past landlord-tenant disputes with judgment in favor of the landlord.

(Applicants who do not meet these criteria may be accepted on a case-by-case basis and/or with a qualifying Cosigner/Guarantor.)

We do not accept Comprehensive Reusable Tenant Screening Reports as defined by and pursuant to RCW 59.18.
