2 Bed 2 Bath Unit Available July 1st in Northern Liberties! - It seems he has a cat so I'm checking the cat policy at the Castings. I'm happy to clean and paint, but if he is moving in on Saturday we will probably be painting and cleaning during his move, which is okay by me if it's okay with him. I don't think there's much cleaning to be done, other than it was sitting around unused this winter. Painting could take a day or two, depending on whether I can get help. I'd like to get $1350 at least, to cover everything, assuming there is no charge for a cat at Castings. I expect I will have to change the rugs when he leaves, hopefully the cat won't be clawing things, other than his furniture. Photos of similar units!
