Rent for this apartment is $1,299/month plus each tenant pays $40/month as a water/sewer/utility supplement. Tenants are responsible for their own electric bills (lighting and heating) and any phone or Internet desired. Landlord pays for trash/recycling, common electric, and water/sewer.
