Like every other home in the Villages, it’s close to golf courses (there are 53 of them, for crying out loud!), pickleball courts (183 and counting), and just about any other activity you might care to participate in. . Friendly, well behaved dogs of any size are welcome. The bedrooms, living room and dining room have nice carpet, and the furniture is white - so please don’t even think of renting here if your dog can’t be trusted. You will be held responsible for “accidents”.
By the way, the house is super nice. It’s well furnished with new appliances, a new 65” smart TV, nice furniture, and comes with a quiet, non-stinky electric golf cart featuring a back seat that folds down to accommodate a dog bed. What more could you ask for?
