It includes the market rent of $1,000.00 and the following utilities and services: Water, sewer, trash (dumpster and 5 days a week valet), recycling (dumpster and 5 days a week valet) gas, parking, free online payment option with a checking account, and pest control.
$50.00 Georgia Tech Student discounts on 2BRs only.
The gas service that is included in the rent is for the water heater only, the rest of the apartment is electric.
12 month leases at the regular rate, 6 month leases are the rate above plus $100. The lease agreement can be broken at any time with a 60 day notice, and a one month break-up fee
All apartments have a laundry room with washer and dryer connections, ceiling fans, 2 inch blinds, crown molding, brushed nickel accents, contemporary cabinets, and 2BRs have a patio or a balcony.
Apartment with no carpet but hardwood floors are $100 more a month.
Initial expenses are $60 for 1 application and $99 for 2 applicants, $60 for any additional applicants. Administration fee is $150.00 per apt. Deposit is $250 for a 1BR and $350 for a 2BR but could be more depending on the credit screening.
