Apply Now For Student Housing (Near Century College) - If you're looking for affordable housing while you attend college, you have found your new home! Century Commons was designed with students in mind. We are similar to living in a dorm, but instead of having to go to the cafeteria to eat and down the hall to shower, you have an apartment with a kitchen and two bathing/showing areas that you share with other students.

This remodeled apartment has 4 bedrooms and newer kitchen with a dishwasher.

You will have your own private bedroom (students love this) with a lock on your door and your own lease (parents love this) so it doesn't matter how long the other students in your apartment are planning on staying. You get to choose your own move in date and your own lease end date. Since we are located 1 block from Century College, our lease end dates are based on their school calendar. However, you may attend any accredited college and still qualify to live at Century Commons. The rent price listed is based on a one year lease. (Other lease length options are available but may carry and additional monthly fee.)

Each apartment is partially furnished with a couch and chair in the living room, a dining table and chairs in the dining room as well as a stove/oven, refrigerator and microwave. Each bedroom has a built-in desk and closet. You may either bring your own bed or rent a twin or full bed for the duration of your stay. The price of rent even includes ALL your utilities (except cable TV and telephone) making it easy for you to budget.
