4. Has an eviction in the past 7 years

5. Declared bankruptcy in the past 7 years

6. Conviction of violent and or dangerous criminal record in past 7 years from release date

7. Conviction of narcotics possession or intent to sell within last 7 years from release date

8. Incomplete application

Animals may be accepted with additional $250 security deposit and $25 a month additional rent per animal. For insurance reasons no aggressive dog breeds are allowed (Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Presa Canarios, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Bullmastiff, and Boxers)
