The villa comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests looking to enjoy our beautiful beach, world class golf, or abundant wildlife. Upon entry you are greeted by wood flooring through the main living areas. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cooking essentials to enjoy a great meal in when you do not want to head out to one of the over 200 fantastic Hilton Head restaurants. Enjoy your meal at the eat in bar with seating for 3 or at the formal dining table with seating for 6. The living room is equipped with a comfy leather couch featuring two reclining seats as well as an oversized chair, offering plenty of seating to enjoy a flick on the 50in Roku smart TV. Sliding glass doors take you to the balcony that overlooks a landscape lagoon view with a peek of the golf course and Singleton Beach. The master bedroom offers a queen bed(new mattress summer 2018), flat screen TV, and en suite bath with tub shower. The guest bedroom includes two sets of bunk beds, both with a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top as well as a flat screen TV. Across from the guest bedroom is the guest bath with a stand up shower. Please note that Hilton Head Resort does not allow any commercial vehicles to park on premises and will only allow up to 2 parking passes per unit. Hilton Head Resort offers the perfect Oceanside retreat designed for those who like to enjoy the beach no matter what time of the year. Enjoy the resort amenities which include 2 outdoor pools and 1 heated indoor pool with a kiddie pool in the year-round recreation center. This facility also includes a fitness center, hot tub and sauna, and an indoor track along with lighted tennis courts and 24 hour security. A beach shuttle also runs April-September from the resort to the beach. If you skip the ride and decide to take the approximate 10 minute walk, you can enjoy the pristine ecological marsh views along with way.
