Our area is called Silver Terrace! It's close to where Highway 101 and 280 come together. It's a residential neighborhood with many long-term occupants. Our street is one block long and is quiet 24/7
Easy to get around
There are many options for commuting around the apartment. You have the Third Street T line streetcar, you have the express bus that goes downtown, and you can drive four different ways to downtown. Parking is easy here compared to most of the city. No permit needed to park on the street! To go anywhere else, there are many bus lines within walking distance that will take you to virtually anywhere in the city
Who lives here
You have your own private bedroom downstairs (ground-level). You will be sharing the bathroom and kitchen with only one other person. This person is quiet + clean and works a lot of hours as an engineer. Sometimes, he leaves town to visit his family. I, the owner, live upstairs if anything is needed at anytime
What do you get
A completely renovated bedroom all to yourself. This place is quiet and you have shared access to the kitchen and the bathroom with just one other person. There is a washer/dryer in the unit that you can use. There is extremely fast high-speed internet provided. All utilities are at no charge - gas, electric, garbage, fast high-speed internet, washer/ dryer , and streaming TV ( YouTube TV).
Location
The apartment is close to both freeways 101 and 280. Furthermore, it is close to Third Street. The Third Street T Line Streetcar goes downtown. Bus wise, there are stops close by that you can walk to. From there, you can take an express bus and be downtown in minutes or go anywhere else you need to go. Our location is extremely safe as we are ½ a block away from the police station. Right next to the police station around the corner is a supermarket. Also we have Walgreens a few blocks away as well. For dining, we are within 10 minutes from San Bruno Avenue which has a large variety of restaurants. They are also a number of them on 3rd street
How to get the apartment
All that I require is an application and a deposit to hold the apartment. The deposit equals all inclusive rent which is only $1695.
We are looking for one person that is a non-smoker and has no pets.
