Location Location Location! Stay in a customized home near SCAD and all Historic District Locations. The Artist's House is a beautifully restored and decorated top apartment in a duplex. All art is original and created by the owner, a local SCAD graduate.
This home contains two bedrooms and one full bathroom.
The master bedroom features a queen size bed.
The second bedroom contains a full size bed.
There is also a pullout bed in the living room.
Maximum occupancy is 5.
The Artist's House Upper Unit rents for $2,350 per month or $84/night with a 30 night minimum stay September-February.
The rate is $2,950/month or $105/night for the months of March and April. (30+ nights)
The monthly rate is $2,850 per month or $102/night when staying May-August. (30+ nights)
There is a one time cleaning fee of $155. This home is professionally cleaned between guests. When you check out, simply remove your personal items and food. We take care of the rest. Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly housekeeping is available for an additional fee.
$500 deposit due to block off calendar. $69 goes towards insurance policy, good for 6 months. The rest is applied to the first month's rent.
If guests elect not to purchase the insurance policy, they can place $3,000 as a refundable security deposit, due to block of calendar. This amount will be refunded at the end of your stay if no damage occurs.
Guests can pay weekly or monthly via bank debit or credit card (3% fee with credit card payments).
Pet Fee:
$85 per month- 1 dog only
Guests will need to supply their own consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Starter supplies are provided.
This home comes fully furnished. Linens, dishes and a washer and dryer are provided. All utilities, lawn care and internet are provided as part of the monthly rent.
