650 - 800 credit score will be approved with standard deposit equal to one month’s rent
600 - 649 credit score will be conditionally approved with increased deposit equal to
one- and one-half times the monthly rent
530 - 599 is subject to possible denial. These applications will be reviewed on a caseby-case basis and if conditionally approved will be subject to increased deposit of one
and one half times the monthly rent
529 or lower will be denied
INCOME REQUIREMENTS
3 times the rent in verifiable monthly household income with a minimum monthly income of $1,500.00 regardless of the rent amount
RENTAL HISTORY REQUIREMENTS - no evictions within the last 3 years. No open rent/housing related judgements or collections.
PET POLICY
Dogs and cats allowed, subject to additional fees. Pet application required at:

The FIDO score ranges from 1-5 and the fees are as follows:
1 - not approved
2- $400 additional deposit and $25/month pet rent
3 - $300 additional deposit and $20/month pet rent

ALL applicants(including non pet owners) are required to go through our pet screening process. There will be a $20 charge for the first pet and $15 for a second pet. There is no charge for non-pet owners.
