Renting big bedroom/bathroom in spacious condo with laundry in unit, a garage, a pool and two big patios. 5 minute walk to the the beach. Move in date is flexible but ideally sometime in early June. I'm a professional female in my 30's. I'm respectful, clean, open minded, friendly and social and looking for a female with a similar disposition. I do have one awesome little pup, Fez. He's chill, house broken and doesn't shed. He also loves to play so I'd consider someone with a dog as well but probably no cats. Plenty of room for storing paddle boards, surf boards, snow boards, kayaks, etc. so an outdoor enthusiast would be welcome. It's a beautiful spot in a nice neighborhood and rent includes all bills. I travel about once a quarter for work (or I will when the world gets back to "normal") so I would consider being flexible on the rent if I could find someone I trust who wouldn't mind looking after Fez from time to time. Please no couples, no summer sublets, 6 month or 1 year lease.
