Clay Center is a great small community about 35-45 minutes to Fort Riley & Manhattan. It is a wonderful place to raise a family or to just get away from the JC/Fort Riley/Manhattan area. This house is just a block or two from the elementary school and very close to the new park. Clay Center also built a new Aquatic Park that opened a few summers ago! We have a nice zoo in town as well as public and private golf course. We have everything you need for daily living with all the benefits of a small town.

A refundable deposit equal to the rent is required. Utilities must be on in tenants name. A pet deposit/pet fee of half the rent (the pet deposit portion is refundable) and pet rent required.. Pet restrictions apply, pet rent typically $35/month.
