Single occupant only. Female preferred. Co-ed household, both male/female currently in the house. Nothing dramatic. This is a drama-free zone. Just easy-going, quiet people in a friendly household. We're trying to maintain the right balance here. No dogs or cats. There are 2 dogs in the house already. Off-street parking available. Only 3 miles from downtown. The rent is low because it's more important to appreciate the right person than it is to overcharge the wrong one. No alcoholics or drug addicts.
