Enter into spacious 3,840 sq ft home -- large living room (28x17) on right and formal dining room (16.5x13) that seats 10 on the left. Pass first floor bathroom and enter large, open, well-equipped kitchen (15x12) – 11.5 ft. granite covered island with prep sink and seating for 6, double oven, 5-burner gas cooktop, 48" double door refrigerator/freezer. Kitchen is open to family room (19x16) and sunroom (12x10) with table seating for 8. These rooms are open are open so all can talk while cooking, eating, or playing. Step through French doors to patio with dining seating for 10, a gas grill, and a fenced back yard. Upstairs find a MBR (19x15.5) suite with sitting room (12x12), wet bar, and bathroom (16x8.5) with deep Japanese Jacuzzi soaking tub. All rooms except one bedroom have French doors to balcony, porch, or patio. There are three additional bedrooms -- (28x13), (13x10) & (11x10). All four bedrooms have connecting bathrooms.
