$3,400 - Lower Haight - Furnished Sublet - 2br/1bath - Avail June 1
Lower Haight - Furnished - 2br-Office/1 bath Victorian
Flat is available from June through March 2022, with a 4 month minimum stay Move in payment is first months rent + deposit. Pets are allowed, with an additional deposit supplement.
A Fully Furnished 2-Bedroom Victorian flat on a quiet, tree lined side-street in the Lower Haight. This is a cute, 2 unit building with direct access to the street. The flat is furnished with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a double bed in the 2nd bedroom (which can be replaced with a desk, if you like). The couch in the living room also folds out into a double bed for guests.
The kitchen is large, bright with plenty of space for cooking; includes full sized refrigerator/freezer, oven, gas stove and more. The kitchen's french-doors open onto a outside patio. If you work from home, there's a large desk (with LCD monitor/keyboard) and laser printer which you are welcome to use.
Bathroom has a deep soaking bathtub/shower. There is a washer/dryer for your free use in the basement storage space you can use in the basement, as well.
We're asking $3,400 per month, which includes internet service and water. Parking on our street is fairly easy to find. Maximum 3 housemates. Smoking is permitted on the kitchen deck.
The Lower Haight is an amazing neighborhood, with some of the best shops, cafes and restaurants in SF. The Mission, Castro, Hayes Valley and Haight-Ashbury are all in easy walking distance. The city's largest supermarket, Safeway; is a 5 minute walk, there's a CVS drug store across the street. You will rarely need to use your car or even bicycle for anything; its all right there.
For transport, this is probably one of the best connected neighborhoods. Right in the center of SF; all the Muni streetcar lines pass a couple of blocks away. The corner of Haight and Fillmore is served by the 6,7,71,22. If your company provides a shuttle, it has a stop around the corner.
Write with the basics of your situation: number of occupants, preferred start date and length of term and we'll go from there.
