Spacious 1BR in Saugerties! - Available November 1st, this spacious one bedroom in Saugerties features an eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, a large living room, tons of closet space and screened-in back porch! Also, one in-wall air conditioner is provided. This apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a two story building. There is a laundry room on site (coin operated).
Rent is $800 per month which includes lawn care, snow removal, water and sewer.
Tenant responsible for electric (including heat and cooking), hot water, and cable. There is assigned off street parking and plentiful guest parking as well.
A complete rental application is required and will include a $20 credit and background check fee for each adult applying. One month security and one months rent will be due at the lease signing.
One small dog (up to 25lbs full grown with breed restrictions) or a cat may be accepted at the owners discretion. An additional pet deposit is required in addition to the one month security. $350 for the 1st pet and $150 for the 2nd. No more than two pets permitted.
This apartment will be available to rent November 1st. Apartment will be professionally painted and cleaned prior to the new tenant moving in. More photos to come soon!
