Hi,
I have a room available in a very new townhome in Lynwood. It's a 4 bedrooms with 3.5 bathroom with an open concept kitchen/living/dining room on the main level. This room is on the first floor with a private bathroom and access to small backyard.
The details:
- one bedroom (unfurnished) with private bathroom
- $950 with utilities/laundry included.
- 6-12 months lease
- move in is first month + $700 security deposit (refundable) + $100 move-in fee (non-refundable)
- a background check will be required with a one-time fee ~ $35
- washer and dryer in the 3rd floor
- easy access /Ash Way Park & Ride/Microsoft shuttle bus
- convenient to shopping & dining
- a minute to interurban trail for walk/ride
- room available now and can be move in anytime
The housemates: we like to keep the house acceptable clean and quiet.
Me - female, early 30 , professional, active and outdoorsy. Love adventure and traveling. Currently working in the IT industry for weekdays and hiking on weekends.
My roommate - female, early 20, part-time student and part-time working.
My roommate - female, early 20, master degree student.
What we are looking for:
- hopefully someone who is outdoorsy and loves hiking/camping/backpacking.
- someone around the same age (25-40). LGBTQ+ friendly
- someone who is clean, respectful and no dramas
- no smoking, drugs or heavy drinking. social drinking ok.
