It's a great old mansion that has been completely refurbished,refinished, and improved w/awesome original hardwood floors throughout ( and work continues as needed as there\\\\'s always room to improve). We\\\\'ve got a great setup and we\\\\'ve had many complements on our work. We pay ALL utilities (including Wi-Fi!) and off-street parking is available. We have cleaners that come thru 1x per week to clean the common areas. It is a 3-story house w/2 kitchens (1st floor and basement) 1 living room/common area, and 4 bathrooms (one on each floor).
