Basement has good walls and floor but is not living area. Off street parking and a detached garage with a shop/man cave area. Lawn has a cherry tree which is loaded with cherries.
We operate out of Mitchell and Parkston is a 20 minute drive so make sure you make arrangements with us before driving to Parkston.
This property has some history. In 2017 a man passed away in the garage. If you were in the garage and did not know this fact you would not be able to tell. This is something we will also let you know while viewing the property.
Pets are allowed with a $500 Pet deposit as well as an additional $25/month per pet added to your rent monthly.
Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent.
