With early 20th Century design and classic brick architecture, each unit boasts 10' high ceilings; several with bay windows and city views. Many units have exposed brick interior, original hardwood floors, and a classic claw-foot bathtub. Each unit at The Manchester is distinctive in its own right as no two units are exactly the same. There are 3 types of floorplans to choose from: the efficiency suite, the studio, and the 1-bedroom.
