Besides this room, renters are able to use the entire rest of the house, which is decorated as a beautiful AirBnB, providing: pots and pans, utensils, in-house laundry, a spacious backyard, living room, dining room, kitchen, and walled-in porch.

Renter Criteria: This house will work best for individual tenants or a group of friends. While bus lines are within walking distance, owning a car will be convenient! Do NOT apply if you will not pass a background check (credit, criminal, eviction history). The only exception is credit wise, for students; in this case, co-signers are necessary for the lease.
