The home has four sizable bedrooms upstairs and three bathrooms.
There is a large open kitchen and family room. The kitchen has a large new gas range with built in grille. New wine fridge and newer fridge/freezer, diswasher and double oven.
The laundry closet is also located upstairs and a washer and dryer can be included in the rental if desired.
In the basement, there is a huge finished open room, plus a hobbies room, bathroom and unfinished storage area.
The house has an oversized 2 car garage, with a bench and room for bikes and a lawn mower.
The back yard is fenced and landscaped with some mature trees and has raised garden beds with good sun for your veggie garden.

The application review process includes a background check, eviction check, credit check and check of prior landlord references. The reason references are contacted is to confirm your rental history as we review your application.
Step 3: Schedule a walk through to visit the property and confirm you can see yourself living at this home.
We are renting our home with a one year lease but would also consider a longer lease term.
The tenant is responsible for utilities including their phone and internet, City of Loveland (water/sewer/trash/recycling) and Excel Energy (electricity/gas).
A pet may be considered depending on type/size. There is an additional monthly charge of $50 / month for a pet and a non-refundable pet deposit of $200.
