2-person, cannot exceed: $64,620 gross annual income
3-person, cannot exceed: $72,720 gross annual income
Our minimum income requirement is two times the rent, & the ability to pay the security deposit equal to one month rent, the first month of rent, and the application fee of $47 per person.
