Upon entry of the home you'll find hardwood floors throughout, the kitchen is open to the living room and includes granite counters, SS side by side refrigerator with water and ice maker on the door, electric flat cooktop range, SS microwave above, and a SS dishwasher. Through the antique, exotic wood carved doors you'll find an exercise/yoga/meditation room.

The Master bedroom has a glass paneled door which takes you out to the lovely landscaped grounds and pool. The 2nd bedroom is set up as an exercise/yoga/meditation room.

Landlords Prefer no pets. All utilities are included. Tenants may pay the owner's cleaning service $80 per clean. No washer/dryer on premises. Owner lives in main house on the lot.

FOUNDATIONS PET POLICY: Will be considered on a case-by-case basis for well-qualified applicant(s) unless otherwise noted. Pet Application and monthly Pet Rent for approved pet(s) are required unless otherwise noted. Monthly pet rent is $100 per approved dog unless otherwise noted.
