Plus, Tudek Park is right next door where you can hop on the State College bike path for commuting downtown or just for a little outdoor exercise. Plus, the Park Forest Villas 2-bedroom apartments are pet friendly. In addition, we’re now including a basic cable TV package, and a pretty respectable 100 mbps ethernet port.

Rent for this apartment includes gas heating, basic cable TV (Comcast), internet (Dojo Networks), water, sewer, trash collection, and parking. The tenants pay their own electric (only).
Restrictions:
