Rent includes hot water, sewer and trash. Rent DOES NOT INCLUDE electricity and gas, cable and telephone. Electric bill runs about $15-20/mo in the winter and little more in the summer depending on the A/C usage. Gas bill runs about $40-50/mo average (more in the winter and less in the summer). Tenant is responsible for common area lights in the boiler room and pays for washer/dryer outlet, which is connected to the apartment circuit.
