There are two designated bedrooms, but the living room also closes completely off so could be used as a private room (its quite large - 450sq ft or so). Two bathrooms, one on the main floor and another with the two bedrooms upstairs. There is a dining room that serves as a great gathering place with a decent kitchen. A basement is available to store all your gear or other items (it does need to be sealed against water intrusion each summer, so not recommend for the storage of furniture). A fenced backyard is available along with the large front yard (see photos).
One (1) off street parking spot is available and there is plenty of on street parking in this area.
This house is on a corner so allows a nice amount of privacy from neighbours, the adjacent neighbours are friendly and good communicators.
