There is a stacked washer and dryer in every unit. Each bedroom is individually hard wired with Comcast Cable and Direct TV connections as well as free Internet!
Each of the Pods offers a 5x7ft storage for each individual tenant. Resident only on-site parking is well monitored. Bike racks available for use. Each unit contains 2-3 "Pods". Each tenant is independently leased. The Pods are located within walking distance of the CSU Transfort Transit Center as well as the Transfort MAX Bus Route so it makes for easy traveling around Fort Collins. Horsetooth Reservoir and Lory Park are a 10-15 min drive away!
