It is also adjacent to the grilling/picnic area with views of the pristine lake and 7th hole of the Windsor Parke golf course. The trash/recycling bins and mailboxes are just steps away for your convenience.
There are no assigned parking spots, but finding parking has never been an issue for us. Most of the parking spots nearby are nicely shaded by mature trees…which helps protect your car from the Florida sun and keep it cool. There is also a handicapped parking spot available directly in front of the unit.
Inside, the condo has been updated with new Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring throughout (ultra-low VOCs), fresh paint, and stainless-steel kitchen appliances – including a brand-new refrigerator w/ icemaker and a new glass top stove. There is also generous storage inside the unit for your toys and beach gear!
