The apartment has hardwood flooring and offers lots of storage space for its size. It features a sunporch and large bathroom with a clawfoot bathtub. The rental price includes appliances and all utilities except internet.

The location is only three blocks from Forest Park, and one mile north of the Washington University Medical Center. This apartment is in the heart of the premier historic neighborhoods in the entire MIdwest. Within walking distance are all the amenities of a great urban center. Transit is convenient, and accessible almost outside the front door.

This is a bicycle-friendly apartment building, though bike parking is extremely limited. You're welcome to roll your bicycle or other human-powered device into your apartment. Please note that there is a half flight of stairs leading up to the first floor.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or anywhere on the premises.

There is an additional fee of $9.50 per month for "Tenant Liability Insurance." Such insurance covers accidental damages to the apartment and the building, but not to personal possessions.
