Each bedroom gets it's own dedicated parking spot behind the condo.
Bedrooms range in price.
The smallest goes for $750, the next biggest is $950 and the suite is $1500. Shared utilities range from $100-200/month per person.
Need first month and security deposit of 1 month's rent.
