The location is very desirable and is a 5 minute walk from the Columbus River walk, MUW, and downtown. No smoking/ vaping inside, pets are negotiable.

Rent and deposit is negotiable, 100$ pet fee (can vary depending on types of pets), lease duration negotiable, utilities not included in rent (renter will pay exactly 1/2 cost of utilities), off-street parking included, no smoking/vaping inside.
