Rental Screening Fee: $38 Per Applicant to apply.
This $38 rental screening fee is Non-refundable. Each individual applicant (18 and older) is required to pay by Credit/Debit card. This is required to submit your application on-line. Each applicant must complete an application on-line. The screening fee of $38 is used to process a credit report from Equifax and to verify your background, rental and employment verification's.
