Collegetown Court, 208 Dryden Road, was built in 1985. It is a modern five-story apartment building in central Collegetown, located one block from Cornell. This building is popular with all types of students, and has a mix of graduate and undergraduate students. There are many adjacent shops and restaurants. Other amenities include an intercom/buzzer system, a brand-new fitness room, located near the building's entrance, and on-site laundry, located on the second floor.

Each 07-style studio is equipped with modern furniture and appliances, including an A/C unit in each apartment. Walking into this top floor apartment, the closet is to your right, the bathroom to the left, and the living area and kitchen are down the short hall. The carpeted living area comes fully furnished with a full-sized bed, dresser, bookcase, desk, small table, and two chairs. The windows face west, towards College Ave.

Our leases are for twelve months. All of our properties are designated as non-smoking. The rent includes heat and hot water, and trash removal fees. Each apartment is wired for cable and internet. Our full time maintenance staff is available 24 hours a day. Parking is available for an additional fee.
