There are washer/dryer hookups in the basement. You will have your own access to the basement on your side, and it offers some additional storage as well. The back yard is shared, but is a decent size and fenced in. There is off street parking. The house has a 2 car garage, which is currently being rented by the other side. However, should it become available it rents for $100/month if you’re interested. Landlord will pay water/sewer, tenant is responsible for electric, gas, and any other services such as cable and internet. Pets are welcome, up to 2 maximum. Pets require a nonrefundable $250 and an additional $25 for 1 pet or $40 for 2 pets. The unit should be available by May 24. We do require a background and credit check with your application.
