Welcome to Troon; A world famous golf course community. Our Troon Estate features 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms. The bed configuration is as follows: 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Twins, So you could sleep up to 8 people in this magnificent home. This home is just moments away from Troon North Clubhouse, golf course, Four Seasons Resort and all the great shopping at Desert Ridge Mall, and City North nightlife. It features a formal dining room as well as a more casual option of the bedroom. There are three TVs in the house that can be found in the living room, master bedroom, and the 2nd bedroom. There is also a game room where you will find a top of the line pool table for some friendly fun. The back yard features a first class pool* with water features that pore into it, as well as a million dollar view that looks out onto the iconic Pinnacle Peak. The home looks out onto Arizona open range so you will see native cactus and other indigenous plants and wildlife. The exterior is fully landscaped with a large patio area with great outdoor dining table and chairs next to the pool. There is also a great BBQ for that perfect evening at home.

Troon is more than just luxury homes and world class golf. Troon Norths 37,000 square foot full service clubhouse features a bar and grill, locker rooms, an award winning golf shop and banquet, conference and catering facilities.



There are two top golf courses to play in Troon. Here is a bit of info about both.

*Pool heat is an additional charge of $50 per day if desired during your stay.

This vacation rental includes:

-Linens, fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils and dishes, refrigerator, stove, microwave, washer and dryer inside the unit, has a private pool and hot tub, 2 car garage, starter kits of toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent and paper towels.

This unit is also pet friendly with approval from management. This complex has size and pet breed restrictions. You will be required to pay a non-refundable pet fee of $150-$300. You will be required to pay a $125 - $250 cleaning fee depending on length of stay, $99-$125 non-refundable damage waiver and a $500 security deposit.

The Security Deposit is to cover any electricity bills over $100/month. The owner will pay up to $100 of the bill. This is only applied to tenants whose stay is 21+ days during the summer months of April - October. Anything we do not use, we refund back to you after you check out. The cleaning fee and damage waiver are non-refundable.
