Pets Ok. 2 cats or 1 small/medium dog (On basis of meet and greet, large dog possible, please inquire). Additional pet deposit required ($100 per pet). Plus $25/mo pet rent per pet.
Electric, internet and gas is responsibility of tenant. Garbage, sewage and water are covered by us.
Our leases are 9 months, or 11 months.
Deposit is $1,000.
Screening process:
Applications will be considered on an individual basis and within accordance with City, State, and Federal regulations. During the screening process we will consider the following factors:
• Previous rental history
• Personal income and resources
• Public and criminal records of the applicant
• Credit Reports
• Credit References
• Character References
• Additional information provided for context
We are happy to work with applicants in need of ADA accommodations and can arrange for mobility accessible units. Differently abled applicants are prioritized first in mobility accessible units when there is an applicant waitlist.
We align our screening criteria with all local and state regulations and are happy to help current and future residents with any questions.
