Winona Forever - Like a great tattoo, you'll want Winona in your life for a lon time. But unlike Johnny Depp's great Winona tattoo, you won't want to change a thing! (If you don't get the reference, then maybe this apartment just isn't for you- jk, I think I legally have to say you don't have to get the reference in order to check this place out, but it helps)
Second floor 1bedroom, 1bathroom, and TWO lil balconies! Updated kitchen, central air, Nice front balcony overlooks lovely street.
APP STUFF:
Our application checks that your credit is decent. It does NOT need to be perfect, but we need to see that you pay your bills on time and as agreed. We’re also checking that you’ve been a good tenant in the past (providing this isn’t your first place), and lastly, we want to see that you’re financially sound.
We accept 2 cats or 1 dog up to twenty pounds, pet rent additional. If you have a lizard or something small like that that floats your boat, they be rent free.
