One of the bedrooms is much large than the other, although both offer ample closet space and stunning city views. You can enter the full bathroom from either bedroom or from the hallway, and it has a double sink vanity, bathtub with shower head. Additional closets are in the hallway. The Box Factory is a professionally managed building with resident-only parking directly outside (each unit has their own numbered parking spot) and common laundry facilities on the lower level, but you will have your own washer/dryer in unit.
