This is a great location to be car-free. Across the street is Schnucks, a full-service supermarket. Whole Foods and Fresh Thyme are within walking distance. Walk to SLU, Grand Center, IKEA, City Foundry, Cortex, and the heart of the Central West End. Numerious restaurants, coffee houses, shopping, pharmacies and entertainment are near by. Public transit is right outside the front door, with direct connection to Metrolink, the city's regional rail service.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or anywhere on the premises.
If you don't have your own renter's insurance, there is an additional fee of $10.50 per month for "Tenant Liability Insurance." Such insurance covers accidental or unintentional damages to the premises, but not to your personal possessions.
