This suite is for one person only. Sorry, no pets.
It is fully furnished. The kitchenette will come equipped with new appliances: refrigerator, two burner induction cooktop, and toaster oven.
Washing machine and dryer in the garage are shared. Our tenant will also have a designated storage area in the garage.
Our exceptionally friendly neighborhood San Rafael Meadows has only one automobile entrance into and out making this a low traffic and quiet neighborhood. At the same time we are centrally located with less than a 2 minute drive to Highway 101 access. The SMART Train station is a 0.4 mile walk. We are close to the Marin Civic Center where the famous Marin Farmers Market is held each Thursday and Sunday. There are five restaurants in the neighborhood and the Northgate Mall is a 0.6 miles walk.
Utility costs will be a flat fee of $150/mo. This includes electric, gas, water, sewage, garbage, recycling, and WIFI
Move in costs will be a $55 application fee for credit, background, and eviction checks, first and last months rent, plus $1,000 security deposit - for a total of $4,815
