You will have half of the unit. This is a 2bed, 2 bath so 1 private bedroom and 1 bath is yours. One parking space uncovered included for your use. Prime oceanfront Kona location with pool, spa and huge lanai, literally 15 feet from the ocean. Washer/dryer in unit. This unit rents for over $200 per night. 6-month lease required + credit report+references. $1,250 per month plus a $500 security deposit. If interested, respond by email and I will get back to you.
