Our street is free parking until 6pm, then it becomes permit. If you register with the DMV with our address, you’ll get a free permit for overnight parking!
About the Unit:
Welcome to my beautiful 1700sqft 3BD/3BA duplex condo home, equipped with a shared from yard (but its basically ours), a fireplace, in-unit washer/dryer, and beautiful wood floors throughout the main level. Since I am on the artistic side, I have slowly been furnishing and renovating the common areas to my style, which is a very modern, sleek and progressive feel. Throughout the next year, I plan on renovating the kitchen, and updating the fireplace and parts of the bathrooms.
Lease Includes:
• 6-month lease (which I'm really easy going about if you decide to move out if something doesn't work out for you) then goes month-to-month
• Internet (blazing 800mb/s)
• Gas/Water/Trash/Electric included
• a monthly catered roomie takeout or dine-in dinner of a rotating roommate's choice (we should always pick the BEST places to order in from) compliments of yours truly :)
Your Room: $1600 (all utilities included and reserved parking spot in our gated back lot)
Your room is located on the lower level, complete with your private full bathroom. The room is 14' x 10', and can fit just about anything you may need (desk, queen/king, and misc furniture.
About You:
I am looking for a male roommate to share my home with that is more on the extroverted side, and can fit in with any crowd. I enjoy having people over for drinks or dinner, so having comfort with that is a must. Please be respectful of common areas by cleaning up after yourself and taking care of your dishes (or putting them in the dishwasher).

My name is Alberto and I am a 30yr male, originally from the northwest suburbs, and after college I lived in the city for a few years before traveling the world for a year, then settling in San Francisco for the last 5 years. I currently work remote in the tech industry. I (quietly) write and record music, (sometimes) stream on Twitch and am really into art, music, wine, and going out! I have strong passions in meeting new people, random experiences, finance, business, cooking, and enjoying life! I love working hard, and love taking advantage of the nightlife that Chicago has to offer. Note, I am 420 friendly, but I don’t do it very often.

Alvin is a 30yo male who just moved to Chicago from Pittsburgh for new consulting job after grad school. Alvin worked in government in his home state of Georgia, and is a very career oriented person! Alvin doesn’t cook, as he prefers all the fine dining options Chicago has to offer! Alvin is more on the introverted side, and enjoys classic films and tv shows!
