The house
The house is located steps from famous Haight St in one direction and hip and trendy Hayes Valley in another. Walking distance to : Wholefoods, Safeway, shopping, and dining at hayes valley, painted ladies, Divisadero street. 1 block away Bus wise, you can be downtown in 10 minutes, or 20 minutes walking. Also, 4 min walking from the tech buses (White Google bus and FB blue bus) to Palo Alto and Menlo Park.
We have a large Astroturf backyard with a tennis table, BBQ place, patio, and dining area.
The building has a dedicated laundry room with multiple washers and dryers.
Twice a month Housekeeping for all common areas.
Near coffee shops and restaurants.
The roommates are all very friendly & respectful individuals. Personal peace is important to them, but they also enjoy socializing and making new friends.

The room is approximately 11x16ft with a beautiful view & double-paned windows with lots of natural light.
The lease term minimum is 6-12 months, then month-to-month after that.
Rent is a flat rate of $1500 which includes all utilities (high-speed internet, garbage, electricity, water, gas, and twice per month housekeeping for the common areas.)
Available for immediate move-in with first month rent + security deposit of one month rent (total $3,000).
