Our downstairs studios rent for $790 a month for a 12 month lease and we offer 10 month leases for an additional $80 a month. Rent includes all utilities (electric, heat, water), garbage, parking and snow removal. The Internet is the responsibility of the tenant. Units come unfurnished, but can be furnished for $10 a month and include single bed, kitchen table and chairs, desk and lounge chair. Coin operated laundry is available on site.
