Located across the street from the train station and minutes from restaurants, shopping and parks. ONLY ONE PARKING SPACE PROVIDED. Each apartment gets one parking space. We are cat friendly. (1 cat - $200 non refundable pet fee plus $10/month pet rent - 2 cats - $300 non refundable pet fee plus $15/month pet rent) **Finishes and wall color may vary per unit.** We do not have set requirements for our application screening. Each application is reviewed on a case by case basis, good to excellent credit is strongly preferred. We would ideally like to see 3 times the amount of rent for income. We cannot accept any felonies, on background checks, no exceptions. Any lease term shorter than 1 year will have a short-term premium added & is subject to managers approval & availability.
