Qualifications!
Prior to applying, please have the following:
• (3) years of residential history or history of where applicant has been living
• (3) months of paystubs (or an offer letter)
• Individually or collectively (Roommates) must make (3) times the amount of rent gross (before taxes).
• Should all required information not be submitted within the first 24 hours, we will refund your application and holding fees. The unit will then be released back onto the market.
Fees
• $45 application fee (Per applicant 18 years or older)
• $200 (Non-Refundable) Admin Fee
• Holding fee = %25 of rent (Must be paid immediately via certified funds when applications are submitted for processing)
• Security deposit starts at $500 and can go up.
Utilities
• Utilities are a base rate of $65 a month for the 1st occupant. Every occupant thereafter is an additional $20 per month.
• Electricity is paid separately by the resident.
• Garbage and recycling receptacles are located throughout the property. As a service our maintenance staff moves trash daily into our trash compactor.
*Not all homes are identical to photos, but most all are very similar.
COVID 19 UPDATE!
At the current moment, we are holding tours (If we have a completed unit to show). However, all interactions will need to be held under 15 minutes. Please remember to wear a mask and socially distance. We will hold photo IDs in the office until the completion of the tour.
