Everyone is welcome to enjoy the kitchen, living room, and dining room, front yard and back yard. The owner lives here, and enjoys art, music, dance, and cooperative living.

Please note: Id like to have a brief phone conversation with you before considering a visit. This is to see if there is a decent amount of compatibility, etc.
Amenities include: dishwasher, updated kitchen, updated bathroom, washer/dryer, and large front and backyard with available gardening space for tenants. Utilities are shared : electricity and gas (PGE), internet, garbage pick up, and water (EBMUD).
Flexible move in date! As early as May 12th, 2026. $880/month rent. + $800 security deposit.
