CO-SIGNER APPROVAL CRITERIA: $50 application fee. 600+ credit score and verifiable monthly income that is 4x the tenant’s portion of the rent.
ESTIMATED PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
To Hold Unit While Applying: Pay a holding deposit of $662.50 (25% of Security Deposit).
After Approval and Lease is Signed: Pay first month's rent $2,650 + $100 administrative fee
Prior to Move In: Pay Remainder of Deposit $2,206.25 (75% of Security Deposit) + non-refundable carpet cleaning deposit (if applicable)
